How do I get my rank after purchasing?

You will receive your rank automatically usually within a few minutes. If not try using the /changerank command to select your rank.

Can I upgrade my rank?

Yes, there's a drop down category to select rank upgrades once you have put your in game name.

Can I transfer my rank?

We allow you to transfer ranks to other players up to a month of purchasing the rank. Once it's transferred its permanent. Open a ticket on our discord to request this.

Can I get a refund?

We allow refunds depending on the circumstances and when the rank was purchased. Open a ticket on our discord to ask for more information.
